The Spring Football Game Offers A Look Into The Future
The Nevada Wolf Pack football team is already hard at work as we quickly approach the date of the annual spring football exhibition, this year taking place on April 22nd, 2023.
Ken Wilson is leading the Pack in his second season as head coach and Wolf Pack fans are eager to see the team improve on last year’s campaign. This year’s roster features many exciting new players that have joined the University of Nevada by way of transfer, as well as many returning names that we have all grown to know and love.
One unknown that Wolf Pack nation is looking to gain some insight on is which player will be named QB1 to start the season? Will it be Shane Illingworth, the second year Wolf Pack player who joined the team after transferring from Oklahoma State? Could it be Brendon Lewis, an exciting transfer coming from the University of Colorado? Or maybe it could be the young AJ Bianco, a highly touted prospect from Hawaii? One thing is for certain, no matter who takes the field at the Quarterback position to start the year – the Wolf Pack and Northern Nevada will have their back.
